Quantemplate has an obligation pursuant to the UK Data Protection Annex to inform its customers and authorised users of the partners that we engage who may act as Subprocessors of your personal data.
The terms “process” and “personal data” and “subprocessor” have the meaning set out in the UK Data Protection Legislation.
UK Data Protection Legislation: all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.

2/ New Subprocessors
Quantemplate will provide notification of a new Subprocessor(s) by updating the above table before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable services. It is your responsibility to check our website for updates, and to notify us as soon as possible if you object to the appointment of any Subprocessor.
